Dear Artisan and Crafts Person,
The Francis Frontier Days will host its 10th annual Arts and Crafts Fair on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010 and Monday, September 6, 2010 at the Francis Town Park. We invite you to participate and join with us in making this a great celebration of fun and festivities, good food, gifts and sales for everyone. An official application is enclosed. The completed form and required fees must be submitted to the Arts/Crafts Committee ON OR BEFORE July 15, 2010 at the address below.
The booth space will be 10' wide by 10' deep. Vendors will need to provide their own sunshades, tarps, tables, chairs, counters, etc. We have 12 spaces available under an awning. They will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. If you need one of these, please note on your application. If electricity is needed, arrangements must be made at the time of application.
A total fee of $50.00, non-refundable, will be charged for both days and $35.00 for one day, please specify which day. Vendor will collect for sales and will be responsible for Utah State sales tax. A sales tax packet will be provided for your convenience.
Spaces will be marked off and numbered by Friday, September 4. You will be notified of your booth's number. Please confine your booth to your assigned space. All booths must be set up and ready by 8:00 A.M. Saturday morning. When you break down, please remove trash and debris from your booth space and immediate area. Trash cans will be provided. Do not break down before 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, and 3:00 P.M. on Monday.
