Dear Business Owner, You Are Invited….to participate in the Francis Frontier Days Arts and Crafts Fair this summer, Saturday, September 4 and Monday, September 6.
We have enclosed the Application for your convenience. Booths are available on a first-come/first-serve basis and are limited in number. To reserve your booth(s), complete the form and return it to the Francis Town office (see address below) with a check for the full amount ON OR BEFORE July 16th.
The booth space is 10’ by 10’ and (12) spaces will be shaded/under awnings. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, display tables/cases, etc. If you require electricity for your booth, please indicate that on your Application.
The booth fee is non-refundable: $50 for both days of the Fair; $35 for one day (please indicate Saturday or Monday on your Application). I will send you your booth assignment as well as a Utah sales tax packet. Each business owner is responsible for submitting their collected sales tax to the state.
Booths must be completely set up and ready by 9:00 a.m. each morning and all trash cleared from your space when you leave. Trash cans will be provided. Please plan on staying for the entire day: until 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, and 3:00 P.M. on Monday.
